OUAFI Solutions is a pioneering Moroccan company designing and locally manufacturing wastewater treatment plants for fish processing factories.
With our in-house engineering team, we handle every project end to end: advisory study, engineering plans, manufacturing of mechanical components, commissioning, and delivery of treated water compliant with national standards. Our value chain is fully managed in-house: technical site study, local manufacturing, installation and commissioning. This vertical integration guarantees short lead times, quick response to breakdowns, and immediate spare parts availability.
Facing increasingly strict environmental requirements in Morocco's fish processing sector, we chose to specialize in this specific sector rather than offer generic equipment, to deliver a response suited to effluents loaded with fats, blood and organic matter typical of this industry.

OUAFI Solutions commitments (warranty and technical training)
- Warranty of continuous plant operation for a full 18 months (one and a half years), with no cost to the factory except the chemicals consumed.
- Free, complete technical training for one employee chosen by the factory, so they can independently handle periodic monitoring, smart alarms and operating instructions.
Factory owner commitments
- Appoint an employee dedicated to daily periodic monitoring of the plant.
- Supply and manage the chemicals used in treatment, according to the specifications and dosages provided by OUAFI Solutions.
- Monitor and empty the dried-sludge container as soon as it is full.
- Provide the electrical infrastructure required according to the power and equipment agreed in the contract.
- Connect the plant to a potable water network for filling chemical tanks and cleaning equipment.
